Beginning in early September and continuing through October, the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Office will update exterior photographs of properties and parcels throughout the county. Residents may see Cyclomedia Technologies, Inc. vehicles in their neighborhoods as crews photograph property exteriors from public streets and, in limited cases, driveways.
The images will help document the condition of properties, streets and roads, and will become part of the official property record, helping the Fiscal Office make the property valuation process more efficient.
For privacy protection, identifiable faces and license plates will be blurred. Cyclomedia vehicles will be clearly marked with company logos, and field contractors will carry photo identification and a letter of authorization from Cuyahoga County.
