All Complaint Forms must be filed with the Board of Revision by 4:30 p.m. that day or bear a United States postmark of March 31, 2021. Other postmarks are not valid.
There are several ways to obtain a Complaint Form:

2. Print out a hard copy of the Complaint Form which requires you to have the Form notarized.
3. Contact our office so we can mail you a Complaint Form.
4. Pick up a Complaint Form directly from the Board of Revision Office located at 2079 East Ninth St. Second Floor, Cleveland, Ohio 44115.
The Board of Revision website provides additional instructions and examples of different types of evidence you can submit that relate to your type of property and support your opinion of value. The more evidence you provide to the board, the stronger your case.
