Media Release: Wednesday, April 25, 2018 11:37 AM EST

Brainard Road

Due to a water main break and related repair, Brainard Road in the City of Lyndhurst is CLOSED to through traffic from Falkirk Road, just north of I-271, to Meadow Wood Boulevard.

This section of Brainard Road will reopen to SOUTHBOUND TRAFFIC ONLY by Wednesday evening.

Northbound traffic will continue to follow the posted detour. TRUCKS are prohibited through the northbound detour.

Brainard Road is expected to fully re-open sometime Friday, April 27th.

Please plan your travels accordingly.

Due to the expanded scope of repairs, Brainard Road, between Falkirk and Meadow Wood will remain closed in both directions until Friday.
