Legacy Village (http://www.legacy-village.com/) is pleased to announce the opening of Black Box Fix (http://www.blackboxfix.com/), a unique gourmet sandwich eatery, on Wednesday, December 13th at 12:00 PM. The 1,200 square-foot restaurant will be located on Main Street between California Pizza Kitchen and Cookies By Design.
Black Box Fix is a unique sandwich restaurant developed by local celebrity Chef Eric Rogers. The menu features unique made-to-order sandwiches with creative twists and creole inspired flavors, including the popular OMG Philly with sautéed chicken, peppers and onions capped with plump seasoned shrimp.
"Everything we make is made to order with fresh local ingredients and fresh baked breads," said Rogers, a thriving chef-owner who has appeared on the Food Network show Guy's Grocery Games. "All our sandwiches come with fresh cut fries in a choice of five different varieties, plain, garlic parmesan, Cajun, creole butter and lemon pepper." The restaurant offers dine-in and carryout orders, as well as online ordering through local meal delivery services.
"Our Legacy Village restaurant will be different from any other restaurant we've done," said Rogers, who is the chef-owner of The Fix Brand (including Fix Bistro, Sweet Fix Bakery, Fresh Fix and Black Box Fix.) "It's a whole different market, and we have to prove ourselves, but I think it's a model that has wide-spread appeal. We're proud of the diverse menu flavors we're offering and look forward to being part of the Legacy Village lineup of restaurants."
