June 30th 2014 Released: 6/27/2014 ![]() Lyndhurst Income Tax Outreach Event Incoming Call Information About The Income Tax For the past three years, the Mayor and City Council have been working to overcome large state funding cuts and declining property tax revenues. The City has tightened its belt, cut the budget and reduced staffing by 17 employees. The efforts have worked. Today, the City is facing $2 million each year in additional cuts from the elimination of Ohio's estate tax. This loss of funding is putting our city services and safety forces at risk. The income tax is the best way to protect the community with the least impact on residents and will be on the ballot August 5th 2014. The Conversation We want to hear from you.
