How To Dispose Of Latex Paint

Latex paint is not accepted in the Household Hazardous Waste Disposal Program. It can be cleaned up with water and is not flammable. Air dry. Use a drying agent: cat litter, sawdust, plaster of Paris, Oil-Dri or “waste paint hardeners” found at home improvement centers. When the paint is dry, discard it with your regular trash.
